Return, Exchange & Cancellation
UAEQUADCOPTERS.COM reserves the right to refuse a return / refund / exchange request.
Any claims for damaged/missing/non-working items on delivery should be done within 12 hours of receipt of merchandise.
If you decide to return your purchase, we will process your request after deducting 15% of the order value for covering administrative and other associated costs.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- First thing first, you will need to inform us about returning the item by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
- Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and factory packaging/seals or damaging the product in any way) and must be carefully re-packaged as received.
- Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect, in a separate sheet of paper and attach it along with the invoice. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product's factory packing (carton) or product itself.
- Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 10 days from of the purchase. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 10 days.
- Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned in 'AS NEW' condition. (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and factory packaging/seals or damaging the product in any way) and must be carefully re-packaged as received.
- Delivery charges for returning an item(s) are to be paid and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
Cancelling an Order
Should you wish to cancel the order for any valid reasons please email us to email@example.com along with your order number and reason for cancellation so that we could improve and provide better services to our customers.
There will be no cancellation fee if you cancel your order within 24 hours and/or if the order confirmation is still pending. If you fail to do so - we will process a refund after deducting 15% of the order value for covering administrative and other associated costs.
